1. On your Subscription portal, click on Manage users on the left-hand side:
2. Click on Create user:
3. Enter their user details. You can also indicate whether you would like them to have Subscription Management access. Then, click Create user:
Add all of your users before going to the next step, as this will save you a lot of time.
4. Select the instance that you want to add the users on:
5. Click on Assign existing users:
6. Select your user from the list, assign them a User role and then click Assign users:
Repeat this process for all of the users that you have added.
