Setup Skynamo Scorecards

The Skynamo Scorecard is an innovation by the Skynamo Services Team. It uses Skynamo’s Forms functionality to create an automated scorecard for clients, based on the info that was entered.

In order to get this right a few simple guidelines need to be followed.

I will now talk you through these steps:

1. Decide on your questions (NB: they must be single select drop down).

2. Break them up into sections, using Headers:

3. Indicate per answer, what the value is of the answer:

4. Save the form

5. In the configuration, ensure the form is sent to score@skynamo.com and any additional email addresses as required:

6. Complete a form, and wait for your completed scorecard:
