Training at Skynamo explained

Don't you hate it when you start using new technology and you have no idea where to start or how to use it? At Skynamo, we want to help users avoid this pain by offering three training options to choose from. Understanding that different users have varied learning preferences, we provide multiple training options designed to accommodate those learning styles and needs. 

Our training options:

• Skynamo Academy
• Pre-Recorded Training
• Live Training via Zoom

Skynamo Academy:

This is our tutorial-based training that you can do at your own pace. Think YouTube for Skynamo where you can watch short videos per section and speed them up or pause them as needed. You also don't have to do everything in one go, instead, take your time to work through them and get a Certificate of Completion at the end.

All you need to do is create an account for yourself and select the relevant training.

Important: The Academy login credentials are separate from the Skynamo Web Interface and mobile app and you will need to set up your Academy account. See below:

Pre-Recorded Sessions:

Our pre-recorded videos are around an hour in length and cover the basics of Skynamo. These allow you to learn at your own pace, pause, and revisit content as needed. The options provided are Field User training, either for iOS or Android or Manager/Account Manager training for the Web Interface. Providing the links to these Vimeo videos is managed through Bookwhen.com which can also facilitate sending the link to multiple attendees by selecting multiple tickets.

Live Training via Zoom:

This is where a Skynamo expert runs you through using the mobile app or web interface on a Zoom call and you can ask any questions you may have at the end. This allows for an interactive experience. Booking live training is managed through Bookwhen.com.
