Setting up your Skynamo instance

When you sign up for Skynamo, you will receive a Welcome email to your Subscription Management portal. This is the portal where you will be able to add instances, manage your billing, add and assign users to instances, etc. This is also the portal where you will create your Skynamo instance.


On the Welcome email, you will find your temporary instance name and a link to set up your password. Click on the blue Set up my password button. Choose a password and click on Set password.


Enter your Instance name (as provided on your welcome email) and click Continue.


Fill in your Email address and click Continue again.


Lastly, enter the password that you have chosen and log into your Subscription portal.


In the left-hand menu, select Manage Instances and click on Create your first instance


Choose your desired Instance name (this instance name will update in our system and replace the previous one provided) and click on Create instance.


The system will then start building your instance!

If your temporary instance name is not on your Welcome email or you experience any issues, please reach out to [email protected] or your designated Customer Solution Specialist (CSS).
