How to add a new user

- Navigate to your Users page and click on Manage users:

- If you have multiple instances assigned to your account, select the correct one from the list and then click on Create user. If you only have one instance assigned, you can just click on Create user:

- If you do not have any available user licenses, the Create user button will be greyed out. If this is the case, please see the following article for instructions on how to add an additional user license: How to add or reduce licenses

- You can then enter their user details, assign their user role and indicate whether you want them to be an instance administrator. Once you have done so, click on Create user:

A Welcome email will then automatically be sent to this user, which they can then use to set up their password for Skynamo. The articles below will help guide them through logging in for the first time.
