Subscription administrators have access to the Subscription Portal (i.e. the portal where you can make billing, user, and instance changes) but they do not necessarily have access to Skynamo itself. This allows them to make billing changes, add users, remove users, check invoices, add instances, etc. without taking up a user license.
You can, therefore, create a Subscription Admin without assigning them to a user license or adding a user license for them.
- Go to app.skynamo.me and entering your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Get a new password" on the password page
- Click on Manage users:
- Click on Create user:
- You can then enter their user details and click the Subscription administrator tick box. Once you have done so, click on Create user:
You then just need to untick them as a licensed user, so that they do not consume a license.
- Click on Manage users again and untick the Licensed User toggle:
The profile should look like this:
The user will now have access to the Subscription Portal without having access to Skynamo itself.
