How to deactivate or delete users

- The subscription page can be accessed by going to app.skynamo.me and entering your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Get a new password" on the password page

- Click on Manage users:

- To deactivate multiple users, click the boxes next to their names and click on Deactivate selected:

- To deactivate a single user or delete them entirely, hover over their name with your cursor and click the Edit user (blue pencil) icon:

- You can then deactivate or delete the user:

Please note, that deactivating the user does not remove their license and you will still be billed for it. If you want to remove the license from your billing, you will need to do so, by following the instructions here: How to add or reduce licenses
