How to add or reduce user licenses

- The subscription page can be accessed by going to app.skynamo.me and entering your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Get a new password" on the password page 

- Click on either Manage instances or Manage users:

- You will see your license count at the top-right corner of your screen. To make changes, click on the pencil icon:

- You can increase your user license count by clicking on the + icon or reduce your license count by clicking on the - icon:

- Click on Update Subscription to save the changes:

Please note, if you are reducing your licenses, it will only take effect upon your renewal. If you increase your licenses, it will take effect immediately and you will receive a pro forma invoice. See the full explanation here:
