We have a wide variety of reports available to Manager users on the Skynamo Web Interface to help reduce the admin for you and your team, and giving you valuable insights into the company. It might be difficult to know exactly which reports would benefit you form the get go, so we recommend setting up the following ones for the users and management.
- Call Report (One for management and one for your users)
- Time & Attendance Report (Management)
- Missed Call by User Report (Management – if you are using visit frequencies)
- Missed Call by User Report (Users - if you are using visit frequencies) x2 (One for missed visits, and one for planned visits for the following week)
Call Report
Step 1: Select the Reports tab from the top bar. Select the Call Report from the list.
(The below example will be for the Management report, selecting my entire team. For the specific user reports you will only select one name)
Step 2: On the right-hand side you will have your selected filters or any other criteria for the selected report.
Add the names of the required Field Users by selecting their names from the list in the Users block (Please note, these users would have been added prior to setting up these reports in order for their names to display in the list).
Step 3: Once your users have been added remember to save the report.
Change the Report Name to “Call Report Management” (For the User specific reports this would be ex. Call Report – Phunyezwa), Period shown would be 1, as we want this report to provide data on the previous 1 day.
Step 4: Lastly, to have this report automatically emailed, you can set the Delivery settings on the Schedule tab.
- Ensure the Repeat interval is set on Daily, to get this report everyday
- Time of day should be nice and early for you to be able to pick up any red flags first thing
- Seeing that this report provides data on the previous day, we want the Tues-Sat blocks ticked to show data on Mon-Fri work week.
