Adding a new mSeller app user

In order to add a new user on the mSeller application, please send a request through to support. The following info is necessary for Support to create the new field user: 

 

1. Company Name
2. iPad/iPhone
3. First Name
4. Surname
5. Preferred Username
6. Preferred Password
7. Email Address
8. Phone Number
9. Head Office Rep Identifier
10. Allocated Customers/Areas
11. Start date
12. Show Cost Margin
13. Able to apply Discount
14. Maximum allowed discount % 
15. Enterprise / Professional  
16. Supervisor: Yes/No (Enterprise Users only)

 

If there are multiple users to be added, download the attached file which can be more easily populated with all the users' info.
