Locating and removing Bookmarks

This is a quick guide to help remove bookmarks that were set up for certain products at a customer

If a red bookmark icon is visible on the customer's tab, this means this customer has products bookmarked. 


You will need to create a transaction to remove the bookmarks. 


On the Catalogues tab, select View all Products. Tap Filter and select bookmarks. The sidebar will now display bookmarked products for this customer.


To remove a single bookmarked product, simply tap the red Bookmark icon which will then turn white.


To remove multiple bookmarked items, press and hold down on the large product image to bring up the multiple select menu.


From here you can tap Select All, which will place a green tick on all the products.


You can then click on the red 'clear' icon in the top left corner. A message will appear to confirm if you would like to continue. 


After doing so, saving the transaction completes the removal of the selected bookmarks.
