How to download reports

All of the standard reports on Skynamo can be downloaded. This article explains how to do this. The call report is used an example, but the process is the same for other reports.

Select Reports from the menu bar. Select the report you would like to view.

Filter on the date and / or any other criteria:

Select what format your download should be in:

You now have the option to "Export a report and save it the disk" which will download it directly to your downloads folder, as well as the option to "Export a report and show it in a new window":
