Understanding the Red Clock on Your Time and Attendance Report

Modified on Wed, 26 Mar at 1:36 PM

The red clock that sometimes appears on your time and attendance reports is an important indicator used by Skynamo to highlight deviations from the expected business day parameters. This feature helps in easily identifying exceptions in clock in and clock out times.

Skynamo's Definition of a Normal Business Day
Skynamo defines a normal business day with the following parameters:
  • Clocking in before 09h00 in the morning.
  • Clocking out after 16h00 in the afternoon.
What the Red Clock Indicates
When a user clocks in after 09h00 or clocks out before 16h00, the system flags this deviation by adding a red clock symbol to the report. This visual cue makes it easier for managers and users to spot and address any irregularities in attendance promptly.
By understanding the significance of the red clock, users and managers can ensure that attendance records are accurate and any deviations from the expected work hours are quickly identified and addressed.
