Third Party Policy

The Integration Team at Skynamo frequently collaborates with external entities to achieve successful integrations. Skynamo welcomes and values such collaborative efforts.

Nonetheless, there are critical considerations regarding the relationships between Skynamo and third-party organizations.

1)  Data Handling

The Integration Team at Skynamo is tasked with converting datasets to a proprietary format before importing them into the Skynamo system. Should there be a need to export orders, quotes or credit requests, Skynamo will ensure that the exported files are placed in the predetermined File Exchange Folder.

It is the responsibility of the third party to supply all necessary data to Skynamo via the designated File Exchange Folder. Furthermore, the third party is responsible for retrieving any data exported by Skynamo from this folder for the purpose of importing it into the Client’s Financial or CRM systems.

2)  Communication

Skynamo does not have any obligation to communicate with third parties on behalf of a Client. It is imperative that Clients engage directly with their respective contracted third parties. While Skynamo is prepared to offer assistance as needed, the responsibility for initiating and managing communications with third parties rests solely with the Client.

3)  Security

All information exchanged with Clients will be transmitted through Skynamo-approved secure channels, employing specific credentials provided by Skynamo to the Client. Should third parties need access to these credentials to facilitate information exchange on behalf of the Client, they must obtain such credentials directly from the Client. Skynamo will not directly issue these credentials to any third parties. Clients are advised to ensure that their third parties adhere to stringent security measures regarding these credentials, including changing them upon transitioning between third parties.
