Here are some common errors that you can get and how to resolve them:
- Cannot find user/assigned user: This means you used the incorrect name in the Users/Assigned users column. You always need to use the Username.
Go to the Users tab. Hover over the user's name with your cursor and click on the blue pencil icon:
Their username will be displayed at the top:
- Field cannot be blank/ Field is required: This means that you either did not enter a required field or that you did not match up your headers when doing the import:
- Duplicate customers/products/tasks in file: This means you have the same product code or customer code in your file more than once.
To find the duplicates, on your file, highlight the code column:
On Home, click on Conditional Formatting -> Highlight Cell Rules -> Duplicate Values:
This will highlight all of the duplicates in the file for you. You can then Sort & Filter from A-Z so that they are together in the file.
- Duplicate tasks in Skynamo: This means that the task/scheduled visit you are trying to import, already exists on Skynamo and you cannot have duplicates.
- File cannot contain hyperlink: This means you have an email address or a field in your file that is hyperlinked.
You can remove the hyperlink by right-clicking on it and selecting Remove hyperlink:
