How to add a comment to a single product on a Quote, Order or Credit request

Occasionally you will have a customer asking for specific packaging instructions, delivery information or in the case of a credit request reason for the returning of the selected product.

Skynamo allows you to add comments to your line items (products) while you are placing a Quote, Order or Credit request.

Once you have added a quantity to a product, you can select the comment button to start.


This will open the comment box you can type in, and you can also use your voice to text feature on your device.


Once you have made your comment click on the tick mark to save.



Once you have saved the comment this will show on the e-mail that is sent to your office as well as your customer if they are copied in. You will also be able to see the comment if you view the activity at a later stage on your app.

Below is how it will display once it goes through on the e-mail as well as the back office system.

Example below is a Credit request with a comment regarding the reason for the return.
