To help you get started, we offer free product training for all our users. You can choose from the following options:

• Live Training via Zoom: Join one of our expert trainers for a step-by-step walkthrough of the app.
• Skynamo Academy: Explore a variety of resources designed to help you master all the features.
• Pre-Recorded Sessions: Access short video simulations and quizzes at your own pace.

Live Training Via Zoom

Skynamo Academy

To access our self-learning portal (The Skynamo Academy), simply create your account by following the steps in this article. On the portal, you’ll find pre-recorded videos covering the basics of Skynamo, and you can also get a certificate of completion.

To create your profile, go to https://academy.skynamo.com/login/. Below the login area, you can select the option to create your account.

If you already have your credentials, you can use this link to log in.

Important: Your Company Academy credentials may not be the same as your Company App credentials. If you’re a registered Company user, you will still need to set up your training account as explained above.

Pre-recorded Sessions

Access our pre-recorded videos that cover the basics of Skynamo. These sessions allow you to learn at your own pace and revisit content as needed.
