How to assign a customer that is not assigned to you.

Web Interface

If you are not assigned to a customer, you will need to select the tick box next to that relevant customer.

 

Then click on the button that says "Assign this customer to you".

 

And when you hover over the customer and it is underlined, you should be able to access it.

iOS App

To self-assign the customers on iOS, tap on the greyed-out Customer that must be assigned to you

Select Temporarily (this lasts for 24 hours) or Permanently.

Press OK and allow the device to sync

To be on the safe side, self-assign a customer for at least 30 minutes before completing a task on that customer to allow the app to sync all details relating to that customer.

Android App

To self-assign the customers on Android, tap on the greyed-out Customer that must be assigned to you

Select Temporarily (this lasts for 24 hours) or Permanently.

Press OK and allow the device to sync
