We have now made it easy to manage your Skynamo Subscription,
You can now:
- Add licenses
- Cancel subscription (remove auto-renew)
- Update billing contact
The subscription page can be accessed under the Settings menu and will only be visible to manager users and or other roles dependent on the permissions set.
Add new license
- Select the Add license button
- Add the number of licenses.
Cancel subscription (remove auto-renew)
Your subscription is set to automatically renew however notice will be sent 90 days before your contract end day. Once you receive your notice and wish to cancel you can now cancel from your profile.
To cancel your subscription and the auto-renew, select the cancel subscription button
Select continue, fill in the textbox, and check the box
Once you submit the cancelation, your status will change to ‘Active’ pending the end of your contract term.
Should your circumstances change and you wish to auto-renew your subscription simply select the “Auto-renew” button and select the check box
Update billing contact
For any changes to the billing contact information, select the Update billing contact button
Insert the new details, populating both the name and email address fields.
Update button is disabled until both fields populated
The new contact person will be updated and an email will be sent to their email address.
For all these functions, an email will be auto-generated for all changes made and will be sent to the relevant contact.
