The new dashboard does not load if the users have an ad blocker activated. Please note that this article will only explain how to remove the Chrome ad blocker. It may very well be that the user has a personal ad-blocker installed, in which case, they will need to deactivate it for Skynamo.
#1: On the user's chrome browser, click on the 3 dots at the top-right corner of the screen:
#2: Then, click on Settings:
#3: In the left-hand Options box, click on Privacy and security:
#4: Click on Site settings:
#5: Scroll all the way down. Then click on the arrow next to Additional content settings to create a drop-down menu with more options:
#6: Click on Ads:
#7: Activate the All sites can show any ads to you setting:
