We’ve made it easy and convenient for you to duplicate orders on the application. Want to save some time, then this will make your order processing easier.
Let’s have a look at how you can duplicate a previous order.
Step 1: Open the customer profile you want and select the previously submitted order from the Timeline
Step 2: Once the previously submitted order is open select the duplicate icon
Step 3: Once selected it will open the order form with the line items previously ordered, including the quantities and or any discounts applied.
You can now make any changes if required, then select the forward icon to continue and finalize the order
The order number for the duplicate sales order is always different from the original order.
