- Fewer tabs on the customer profile
- You can now apply filters on the customer timeline
Only want to see your Visits and notes, you can do so now!
Open the customer profile and then select the Timeline Tab
Once you’ve selected the Timeline, you can now proceed to select the filter icon
Select one or more interactions from the available options
NB: After reviewing the interactions remember to CLEAR ALL to view other interaction and not just the selection you made.
This you can also perform while in a Visit
After starting your visit, select the Customer Details tab then select Timeline
The filter icon will appear on the bottom right corner just above the ADD button
Once the icon is selected you can select the interactions you wish to review and remember to CLEAR ALL when you’re done.
You can then go back to the Visit Details to complete any information required before finishing the visit
