We are moving towards a Timeline for the Customers where all previous interactions can be viewed, and you can filter on interaction types. Only want to see your Visits and notes, you can do so now!
This is in preparation for some new exciting features that we are working on, for example Mobile Analytics for users to work more effectively with their customers.
The following changes have been made:
When accessing your Customer Profile, you will have a Details page, and a Timeline page. The timeline will have all interactions listed that have been completed.
You will also be able to filter your Timeline, and choose specific interactions you would like to see.
When starting a visit you will also have these pages, the Visit Details and Customer Details.
During the visit you can also access the Timeline and filter by the interactions you would like to see.
