You will need to go through the below process if you realise that no changes occur on your Customers page when trying to use your Filters, ie. nothing happens when applying a filter. These are the steps to fix this on your Chrome browser:
1. Log out of Skynamo, so you see this page :
2. Tap F12 on your keyboard so that this menu shows (It is the developer settings):
3. Click on Application:
4. Click on Storage on the left-hand side:
5. Check the box "including third-party cookies":
6. Click on "Clear site data":
You can now close this window and log back into Skynamo. Should this problem persist please contact our Support team at support@skynamo.com
