This is just a quick guide to help remove bookmarks that were set up for certain products at a customer

On the Customers tab if a red bookmark icon is visible this means this customer has products bookmarked.
You will need to create a transaction to remove the bookmarks.
On the Catalogues, screen tap View all Products. Tap Filter and select bookmarks. Tap outside of the filter box to display bookmarked products for this customer in the sidebar.
To remove a single bookmarked product just tap the red Bookmark icon which will then turn white.
To remove multiple bookmarked items, press and hold down on the large product image to remove the multiple select menu.
From here you can tap Select All, which will place a green tick on all the select products.
You can then click on the red outlined bookmark icon. A message will appear to confirm if you would like to continue.
After doing so saving the transaction completes the removal of the selected bookmarks.
