Barcode scanning has simplified the process, less time spent scrolling or searching for products. This feature will only be available if it has been set up on the web interface. Here are the steps to follow to successfully to use the barcode scanning option from your mobile device.
Step 1: Open the order form then select Product Catalogue
Step 2: Select the barcode icon that appears on the far-right corner of the search bar
You’ll be redirected to your device’s camera then you can aim and scan the product barcode.
It will pick up the product and automatically open the quantity box and you can then proceed to capture the correct quantity.
And that’s how quick and easy it is to use barcode scanning.
