Importing latitude and longitude values into Skynamo - visits showing 'No Location'

When latitude and longitude values get imported into Skynamo, the location needs a 3rd property called "Accuracy". This can only be set when a measurement of the location (through a mobile GPS) has been made. Until such time the location data is not "trusted" so rather than reporting "Off-site" on "Onsite", "No location" is used. Editing the customer location triggers a mobile update which then in turn triggers the location update and accuracy is added.

 

It is thus essential that you edit any imported locations of customers when visiting them the first time.
