Skynamo may ask you to set the correct date and time on your device, when the date and time is correct.
This seems linked to receiving time from network providers and then changes as you switch between WiFi and mobile data.
To resolve this please do the following:
Navigate to your device settings > Date and Time > Automatic Date and Time must be switched off
Please restart your device, and log back into Skynamo.
You can now continue with your day.

why some of the days when I visit the customer then Skynamo will say it will record it as offside while I am inside the store and taking pictures to support my visit
