Should you be experiencing an issue pertaining to missing driving time on your Call Report and you are using an iOS device, kindly refer to the screenshots below for advice on resolving the aforementioned issue:
Open Settings on your iOS device:
Scroll down and tap on the Skynamo app entry, please note the entry marked in red below: "Motion and Fitness". This must be enabled for Skynamo to keep track of your travelling between customers ->
After Enabling, As shown below (In green)
Open your Skynamo app and go to Settings within Skynamo (gear button, top right of your screen) and select synchronize now to push all the changes up to our Servers
