Did you know that we have a hidden link where all of your forms can be found?
To access this, just end your url with Customfields (.myhoneybeekeeper.com/Customfields)
When you are at this page, you will be able to download your forms in .XML format.
To do this, right click the form you wish to edit and select "Open link in a new tab"
Right click anywhere in the form and select the option "Save as"
Save the document in a location of your choice.
When using the hidden link, you may note the following unique identifiers:
- InstanceKey: The name of your instance
- FormID: The unique identifier of the form
- FormName: The name of your form
(Take note of these for later).
Now let's move on to the form builder.
In this example I want to show you what to look out for when using the form builder.
These values may be inserted in the "Input" sheet and will populate in the "Honeybee Form" sheet.
The form builder has a couple of drop down options for you to make use of and is excellent when creating a larger/repetitive questions form.
Your Heading per question will be added in Column B.
Options will follow from Column C moving down with the alphabet.
After creating the form, open your saved .XML with Note++ and paste the values within the Honeybee Form into the file.
Browse for the file from the Customfields list and select, select Open and Update.
You are now geared at using the form builder!
