Traditionally, when using the Skynamo integration service, the customer-user assignments were normally managed by the integration team in a mapping table, for instance:

This allowed the user-assignments to be extremely versatile and cover most use-cases. The drawback was that user assignments always needed to be escalated to the integration team for maintenance... which is no longer the case.
Integration user assignment
Using the integration configuration page, the user assignments can now be done by clients themselves. This is activated when the integration team marks a customer field as "Manage user assignments". When this is done, the fields are added automatically to the integration configuration page. (This happens on our side)
The integration configuration page
Navigate to the integration configuration page by clicking on the gear near the user name on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Click on Integrations in the panel on the left
Identify the active integration be looking for the "Enabled" keyword. In the below-mentioned case, the Skynamo Services connector is being used.
Click on the gear in the top right-hand corner of the active integration.
You will then see a page similar to this:
If Integration user assignments are active, the block "Customer-user assignments" with a timestamp will be visible. This timestamp reflects the last time this configuration was read. It's read every time the customers are being processed by the middleware. This typically happens hourly.
Below this, there will be a heading called "Customer assignments" with the boxes to allocate the Skynamo users to the customer fields. The heading of the multi-select dropdown boxes contains 3 pieces of information:
1) The keyword Assignments
2) The customer field on which the assignments are being based (in this case Rep Code)
3) A possible value of this customer field (in this case five)
To allocate a user to a value in a customer field, simply click inside the box and see the user list pop up.
Once done, it should look like this:
Once configured, click on the "Save" button near the bottom of the page
The new allocation configuration will take effect shortly after the next timestamp update.
