On Skynamo you can reset your password using the Web interface. If you are logged in, click on your name at the top right of your screen, and click on Settings:
You will see your own details, as well as the “Reset password” button which you will use to reset your password.
Once you have clicked on the Reset password button, it will give you the following message.
Please make sure the e-mail address displayed is correct, as this will send an email to this address prompting you to reset your password.
As an Account manager, you can assist your users with password resets.
Navigate to your Users page and search for the user you wish to assist. Select the edit user pencil to the right of the user.
On this page you will see the Reset password button, and you can select this to trigger a password reset.
This will give you the same message as with your own password reset, please make sure the e-mail address is correct.
Your user will get the following email in their inbox, and they will be able to reset their password.
