Disable App Optimization on the Samsung Galaxy TAB A and Android 5 and 6 users

Please see below steps on disabling App Optimization on Samsung Galaxy Tab A's.

(Tracking preference on Insights should be amended to "High Accuracy" for affected users).

The below steps should assist with correcting GPS related issues pertaining to Off-Site and No Location visits on Call Reports.

Battery optimization settings can block data transmission between your mobile phone and Skynamo and therefore adversely affects the location-based control of Skynamo.
**Samsung provides a pre-installed Smart manager App on its mobile devices on both Android 5 (Lollipop) and Android 6 (Marshmallow). **

Unfortunately, this app by default restricts all installed applications on the mobile phone. 

To disable battery optimization for the Skynamo app please follow these steps:

1. Open the Smart manager app on your mobile phone
2. Enter the Battery section
3. Press the Detail button in the App optimization section and select the Skynamo app from the list
4. Change the app optimization to Disabled for Skynamo.
