The files generated in the Dropbox folder do not contain a unique reference that Pastel Partner is able to detect.
What we tend to do to prevent duplicate orders being loaded into Pastel accidentally is create a "Processed" folder inside the PastelSalesOrder folder.
Once your have processed an order, simply move it to the Processed folder which prevents any confusion of whether or not an order has been processed yet.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to keep a back up of the orders processed, you are welcome to delete the order files in the folder once they have been processed as we do keep a back up on our side.
