Even though the default tax is set up, Skynamo will not automatically calculate tax for a customer if there is no price list assigned to the customer.
The setting "Inclusive" or "Exclusive" or tax is tied to the price list and without a price list assignment (even if it's empty), Skynamo will not know if the tax should be added or subtracted.
To resolve the issue, ensure that all customers have a price list assigned.
