System Updates and Rollovers

When an ERP / Financial / CRM /WMS etc gets upgraded, or when a roll-over occurs, it quite often becomes incompatible with its preceding version.

This means that your Skynamo Integration might stop working correctly. It is crucial to let Skynamo know at least 2 weeks in advance when you are going to:

  • Do a yearly roll-over
  • Upgrade your system
  • Move over to a new system

This will prevent integration issues, and help ensure a smooth transition for your users.
