As a Skynamo Account Manager, you can deactivate a user that no longer requires access to the system. We suggest a two-stage approach:
Step 1 - Edit the user's display name.
This is done to ensure your view of users do not get "cluttered".
Simply login to Skynamo:
Navigate to the Users tab:
On the user you wish to remove, simply click on "Edit User" pencil:
Add "z" to the front of the Display Name, and Save:
Step 2 - Deactivate the user
On the users page, navigate to the user you wish to remove, and select "deactivate user":
Your user has now been deactivated, and will not have access to the system unless reactivated.
