This process can be done if a customer has been either deactivated or deleted from your customer database. Keep in mind we remove visibility of the customer but we do not delete the data. Below we will show you how to reactivate the customer and restore the details.
Navigate to your Customers tab:
On the filter to the right, change the “Customer Active State” to show inactive or all customers:
You will now be able to search and find the customer that was deactivated or deleted.
On the right click on the activate customer button to reactivate the customer.
You will now be able to assign and work with the customer as normal.
