How to log a Reimbursement Claim on iOS

Firstly, we will start our day as per usual by clicking on the “Start my day” button:



Enter the odometer reading for the start of your day and select Okay.



Visit your customers as you normally would by pressing on the “Start Visit” icon when you arrive at your customer premises and select the customer you are visiting. Log all the activities as required.

Clock out at the end of the day by pressing “Pause”




Select the “Log Travel Claim” button, and enter your odometer reading as it stands at the end of your day, then input the difference in the “Distance to claim” field and Press “Submit
