Flow Diagram Acumatica

The connection to Acumatica Web Services allows the flow of information from Acumatica to Skynamo.  The Acumatica information is regarded as the master data set and overwrites the information in Skynamo.

From Acumatica to Skynamo

Contacts > Customers

Customers in Acumatica will be imported in Skynamo and the Customer ID specified in Acumatica will be used as the customer code in Skynamo. To find the corresponding customer in Skynamo, users can search on the customer code or name. The Customer ID is used as the unique identifier so the import will not add additional customers if the customer code already exists in Skynamo. The customer information will, however, be updated if the corresponding account was changed in Acumatica.

Stock items > Products

Stock items in Acumatica are imported as products in Skynamo. To find the corresponding product in Skynamo, users can search on the product code or name. The Inventory ID in Acumatica corresponds to the product code in Skynamo and is used as the unique identifier. The import will not add additional products if the product code already exists in Skynamo. The product information will, however, be updated on a schedule if it is changed in Acumatica.
