If a user experiences some issues with Skynamo showing that they are off site, the cause might be due to several reasons:
- Weak internet connection
- Skynamo requires an update.
- Customer location saved incorrectly.
- The GPS is not locating the customer's pinned coordinates.
The below instructions might assist to resolve the issue at hand. This will assist to increase the performance of your mobile device and apps as well.
1) Update the Maps - Navigation & Transit. Click on the following link. If it asks for a download option, select Play Store:

2) Please see if your device requires a software update :
- Open your device settings
- Select General and scroll to the bottom of the list and select about device.
- Select Software update and click on update now.
- Once your device is done searching for a software update, It will show that the latest software has already been installed or a new update is available. Please ensure to only do large updates when connected to WIFI.
3) Please update all available updates in your Play Store. [RECOMMENDATION: OVER WIFI PLEASE]
- Open Google Play Store and select the 3 lines in the top left corner.
- Select My apps and Games.
- Select Update all.
4) Let`s also try the below :
- Open your device settings
- Select General or scroll down to application manager or apps.
- Search for Maps :
- On Maps, Click on clear data and if a pop-up box appears, select OK.
This will clear all fragments that are causing false information on your Skynamo maps.
Also, select Skynamo and Clear the cache.
*Be careful not to click on Clear data otherwise all data will be removed.*
5) How to edit the customer location:
- Open the customer details.
- Click the pencil icon to go into edit mode.
- Click on Edit location.
- Click the compass icon top left of the map and click on set location. You can also pin the location marker manually.
- Click Set location
- After the edit is done, click on save.
