How does Integration Work?

Skynamo offers an integration module that abstracts the layer between applications to make the flow of information possible. This module is able to accept information in many different formats and can run a number of scripts to convert information into the required format. 

Some applications that integrate with Skynamo are cloud based and others are self-hosted which means they are running on a client’s computer or server.  For self-hosted applications, this module has to be installed on the client’s computer.  It also requires an internet connection in order to connect with Skynamo.  Where possible, integrations are done via an API.  Alternatively, the Skynamo integration module interacts with the application database directly, or generates and converts files that are securely shared between the applications.
