Step 1: Selecting Add Order from the desired customer -> And you will be presented with the following screen. Please complete the following fields: Comment, Warehouse (if applicable), reference (if applicable), email recipients (if applicable) as can be seen with below screen shot.
Step 2: Once the required fields are filled in - please select the Next button (looks like a paper jet pointing to the side - indicated in the red square above)
Step 3: Selecting your order items (products) for the order
At this point you have 2 choices to view your products - either the entire range or filter on previously ordered items only. The default view is to show all the product items on the order page, however, enabling the "Listed products only" filter, will only show the previously ordered items -> Select the filter, as indicated above in the red square.
And then select the tick block to the right of “Show only listed products”
Now, let's get back to the order at hand - if you would like to view your images linked to the products, simply click on the Product Catalogue button located at the top of the screen, indicated in the red square
And your images will display.
If a product doesn't display an image in the image holder, then no image has been uploaded for that product. Contact Support : 0861 345 345 to assist.
It is possible to search for a specific product and stock quantities can also be viewed on each product, as can be seen below.
Enter the required values for each product needed on order in the quantity field.
Once you have captured your order as required, please select the "Next" button (paper jet)
You will see an order summary before submitting it.
At this point, you can still discard this order by selecting the 3 dots in top right corner, or Finalize the order by selecting the signature icon in the red square above.
Sign the Order and Place it by selecting the tick mark in blue -> as can be seen below
