How to set up an email schedule for reports

Some of the standard reports on Skynamo can be sent to you via email. The sending of these reports can be automated at a time you choose. This article explains how you can specify when the reports are sent to you.

First you will need to save the report that you would like to be sent to you. This is shown in the screenshot below. Give the report a name to be able to identify it in the Reports list.

Once you have saved the report, the Schedule will become available. Click on this to start entering the delivery details.

You can set the Delivery time and the Recipients for this schedule as you would prefer it to have the information supplied to you when needed. If more than one external recipient should receive the report, you can separate their email addresses with a comma (",").

Remember to always Save after making the necessary changes.
