This article contains the two different ways to reset your password for Skynamo.
Firstly the method via Insights (the Web Interface), and the secondly via the mobile-app.
Via Insights (Web Interface)
Click on the "Forgot your username / password?" link as indicated below in red:
Type in your registered e-mail address and click on "Submit"
Follow the link that was sent to your e-mail to reset your password for Skynamo Insights.
The e-mail will look similar to the screenshot below:
Via Field App
On mobile devices, once you have opened the Skynamo app - you may be presented, from time to time, with the below screen:
Your Username should be present already
Just before selecting the "Forgot password/username" link, please input your company name into the relevant field as can be seen below and also be aware that the company name will always be lowercase as one complete word:
Now select the link labelled "Forgot password/username" and you will be presented with a website requesting your email address to reset your password. Please input your company email address and "Submit" the request.
You will receive an email similar to the one below:
Click on the blue "Reset password" button and it will open another website allowing you to choose a password of your choice, as can be seen below:
Submit the password reset request and you are good to go!
Close the current website and navigate back to the Skynamo app to login with your new password.
