How to configure individual forms

The configuration of the specific form can be set by going to "Forms" and "Configuration" of the specific form.

1. Enter recipients for the form
2. If you want the form to be embedded on your visit page you can select this option (see visit customization)
3. You can make the form visible to all users or you can assign it only to certain users, or only have it available at certain customer groups.
