How to place an order via the customers page - Android

#1: On your Skynamo app, click on Customers:

 

#2: Click to open the relevant customer:

#3: Click on the blue +-icon:

 

#4: Click on Add order:

 

#5: This will bring you to your ordering page where you can then proceed to order your relevant items. Use the + and - icons to add or subtract product items:

 

At the top of your screen, you will be able to change the warehouse (if necessary), as well as apply an overall discount to the order. You will also be able to see the total value of your order, as well as any tax that has been applied:

 

You can also click on the Filter icon, to apply any necessary filters:

 

You can use the search bar to search by product code or name:

#6: Once you have selected all of the items that you wish to order, click on the blue arrow at the top of the page:

 

#7: If you have an order form set up, you will be taken to a page where you can fill in your order questions (such as any comments you wish to make):

 

#8: Once you have filled in all of the relevant question fields, click on the blue arrow again:

 

#9: This will take you to the finalized order page where you can ensure that everything has been ordered correctly. The order total and tax will show at the top of the order, as well as the warehouse and any overall discount that you have applied:

 

#10: Once you are satisfied, click on the blue icon to submit your order:
