How to delete files to free up space - Android

Unlock your tablet to see a similar screen. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to view the menu of your apps:

From the menu open your file manager. On Samsung devices, it will be My Files.

With the file manager open, follow these steps:

  1. Expand your Internal Storage
  2. Expand Android
  3. Expand Data
  4. Search for the com.myhoneybeekeeper.reptile file
  5. You should arrive a similar screen as below:

Select the Files option and select Skynamo - once you have selected Skynamo, please select your name:

From here you will be able to delete files within the Product FilesForm Images, etc., to free up some space. I will be clearing the Product Files folder, so select it:

 Upon opening the folder, you should see a similar screen - select the three dots option in the top right corner:

Then select Edit:

 -Take note, the images you will be deleting is on the right:

 

Select the photos you would like to delete, you also have the option to select All:

Select delete icon confirm deletion from the prompt:
