What does the red clock on my time and attendance report mean?

The red clock that sometimes appears on time & attendance reports, is an indication that the user's clock in and clock out time falls outside normal business day parameters: 

Skynamo defines an expected ("normal") business day as the following:

• Clocking in Before 09h00
• Clocking out After 16h00

So if a user either clocks in after 09h00 in the morning, or clocks out before 16h00 in the afternoon, Skynamo adds a little red "clock", to make exceptions easier to identify.
