1) On the dashboard of your Honeybee Keeper, you will see all information that was submitted by the reps in the field.
2) Search the customer code or filter under inactive customers. Please make sure that when you scroll over the customer name that you can see the circle arrow that indicates that you can activate the customer. When you click on the circle arrow, the customer will be activated.
