1) On the Customer database of your Skynamo web interface, you will see a list of all your customers currently loaded on your instance.
2) Search the customer name or code or filter under inactive customers. Please make sure that when you scroll over the customer name that you can see the circle arrow that indicates that you can activate the customer. When you click on the circle arrow, the customer will be activated.
Remember to assign the correct users to this customer once you have activated them. You can do this on the right hand side of their profile, under the overview tab.
